What is the total amount of water the filtration system can process, and how often should the cartridges be replaced?
Our filtration system is designed to process up to 6,000 liters of water over its lifespan. However, to ensure optimal performance and water quality, we strongly recommend not utilizing the system to its maximum capacity. For best results, we advise replacing the filter cartridges at least every 1.5 to 2 years, depending on usage and water conditions.
For household use, where water consumption may be more consistent, we suggest a replacement schedule of every 1 to 1.5 years. Regular cartridge replacement is essential to maintain the system’s effectiveness and safeguard your water quality.
Primarily there aren’t any major differences other than the following:
• The Pureflow 35 crate is larger, having a bit more space.
• The Pureflow 35 crate is much stronger than the Pureflow 15
• It is easier to do maintenance on the Pureflow 35 than on the Pureflow 15 as there are more space, it is easier to track the flow direction and you can change one cartridge without having to remove all cartridges like you would have to do in the Pureflow 15.
• The Pureflow 35 has a 2-meter clear 12mm pipe.
• There is an optional filter pump available for added convenience. However, it is not a necessary component for the product’s functionality.
• You have the option to include extra filter cartridges for enhanced security and peace of mind (Up to 4 can be added).
